/* DM Serif Display, served from here rather than from anybody else.
   ================================================================

   WHY SELF HOSTED. Every page that loaded this font made a call to two other companies to
   render a heading: one for the stylesheet and one for the file. That is a request carrying
   a client's IP address to a third party on every page view, a dependency on somebody
   else's uptime for the look of the product, and a render-blocking round trip. The marketing
   site already said so in its own CSS: "No webfont CDN calls. System stacks only, per
   deployment rules." The portal did not follow it.

   WHAT IS HERE. The two subsets Google serves, latin and latin extended, with the same
   unicode-range split, so a page only downloads the extended set if it actually draws a
   character from it. 17.8 KB and 6.8 KB.

   THE LICENCE sits beside them in OFL.txt. DM Serif Display is under the SIL Open Font
   License 1.1, which permits this as long as the licence travels with the font, so it does.

   font-display: swap, so a heading is readable in Georgia immediately and reflows once the
   file arrives, rather than being invisible while it loads.

   ONE COPY OF THIS RULE. Every page links this file by absolute path rather than declaring
   its own @font-face, so there is one place the font is defined and one place to change it.
