What is a Multi-Rater Assessment?
A multi-rater assessment gathers feedback from multiple perspectives, the individual being assessed (self), their manager, peers, and direct reports. This creates a more complete picture than self-assessment alone, revealing blind spots and confirming strengths.
Leadership 360
Measures 18 leadership behaviors across 6 dimensions (Vision, Communication, People Development, Accountability, EQ, Decision Making). Best for leaders who want actionable feedback on specific leadership competencies. Use when coaching leaders or evaluating leadership bench strength.
Johari Window
Uses 56 adjectives to map self-perception vs. how others see you across four quadrants (Open, Blind, Hidden, Unknown). Best for building self-awareness and trust within teams. Use during team-building, onboarding, or when interpersonal dynamics need attention.
Leadership 360
Create a 360 assessment by selecting a team, choosing the leader to be assessed, and assigning raters from their team. The leader completes a self-assessment, then raters score the same questions from their perspective. Results show a gap analysis between self-perception and others' ratings.
