Using this site
This website provides general information about our services. Nothing on it forms a contract. Engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement between the client organization and RGW Ventures.
Platform access
Access codes and portal credentials are issued to specific people for a specific engagement. Do not share them. If a code is exposed, tell us so we can reissue it.
We may suspend access that appears to compromise the confidentiality of other participants.
Intellectual property
The Skylight Profile, our custom assessments, scoring models, and the reports the platform generates are the intellectual property of RGW Ventures. Clients may use their own results freely inside their organization. Redistributing or reselling the instruments themselves is not permitted. Third party instruments referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used under their own license terms.
Your data
Assessment results belong to the client organization that commissioned them. Individual responses are protected as described in our privacy policy.
No guaranteed outcome
Assessments measure perception at a point in time. They are decision support tools, not clinical instruments, and not a substitute for legal, medical, or human resources advice. We do not guarantee a particular business result.
Limitation of liability
This clause in particular should be drafted by counsel rather than adapted from a template.
