What we collect

Two distinct categories.

Inquiry information. Our consultation form is hosted on Google Forms. Information you enter there is collected by Google under its own privacy terms and shared with us so we can respond and scope an engagement.

Assessment responses. When a participant completes an assessment we record their answers, the resulting scores, their name as entered on the team roster, and the email address their administrator supplied.

Who sees assessment responses

This is what participants care about most, so it is stated plainly. Individual question level answers are never shown to an employer, director, or team lead. Leadership sees dimension scores and aggregated patterns.

Reports stay locked until enough of a team has completed their assessments that no individual can be identified by who has and has not finished.

How we use information

  • To deliver the assessments and coaching an organization has engaged us for
  • To send assessment invitations, reminders, and completion confirmations
  • To respond to inquiries
  • To produce aggregated, de identified benchmarks across engagements

We do not sell personal information, do not share it with advertisers, and do not use assessment responses to train external AI models.

Service providers

  • Netlify, for website and portal hosting
  • Supabase, for database and authentication
  • Google Forms, for the initial consultation inquiry form
  • Confirm the email delivery provider and any others in use

Retention

State the retention period. A common approach is the life of the client relationship plus a defined number of years, then deletion. Have counsel confirm.
