Commitment

Accessibility statement

Assessments only work when everyone on the team can actually complete them.

Our standard

We build toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA for both this site and the Skylight 360 platform.

What is in place

  • Semantic HTML with one main landmark per page
  • A skip link to bypass navigation
  • Visible focus indicators on every interactive element
  • Full keyboard operation, including the menu, portal dropdown, and FAQ accordion
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images, decorative icons hidden from screen readers
  • Color contrast meeting AA ratios for body text and interface elements
  • Layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels wide
  • Reduced motion support, including a fully stopped client carousel
  • No webfont downloads, so text renders immediately even on a slow connection

Known gaps

Run a full audit before launch and list any known issues here honestly, with a target date for each. A short honest list builds more trust than a claim of perfect compliance.

Accommodations

If any part of an assessment is difficult to complete, tell us and we will find another way, including alternate formats or assisted completion. No participant should be excluded because of how a tool is built.

Tell us about a problem

Email with the page and what went wrong. We treat accessibility reports as bugs, not feedback, and respond within two business days.
